PPipp
Customer support, minus the fuss.

Peplio's take
Most helpdesk tools are built for big support teams, with complex ticket systems, per-seat pricing and features small businesses never use. Pipp goes back to basics: one calm, shared inbox where a small team can sort, assign and reply to customer emails without confusion over who’s replying.
The free-forever core inbox is the biggest draw. Tools like Help Scout and Front charge per user every month, which adds up quickly for a small team. Pipp also handles AI in a thoughtful way: it’s optional, it’s off unless an admin turns it on, and customer emails aren’t sent to an AI provider without that choice. That’s reassuring for businesses that care about privacy.
The trade-off is that Pipp is still in beta, with daily sending limits, and it only supports email for now, with chat coming later. You’ll also need access to your domain’s DNS settings to set up sending. Best for founders, small businesses and small support teams who want a simple shared inbox without paying per seat.
