The Disclaimer
Peplio is a place to learn, tinker, and laugh at marketing memes — not a source of professional advice. This page draws a clean line between what the site is and what it is not.
General site disclaimer
Everything published on Peplio — articles, comics, tools, videos, comments, and downloads — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Content is offered on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
While Sougan works to keep articles accurate and up to date, digital marketing and AI move fast. What was true six months ago might be outdated today, and Peplio makes no guarantee that any specific piece of information reflects the current best practice at the moment you read it.
Not professional advice
Nothing on Peplio should be treated as professional advice. Specifically:
- Not legal advice. Articles on brand protection, copyright, or Indian data-protection law are educational commentary — consult a qualified lawyer for your situation.
- Not financial advice. Case studies discussing revenue, growth, or investment are historical observations, not recommendations. Consult a licensed advisor for money decisions.
- Not medical or psychological advice. Any mention of stress, productivity, or wellbeing is anecdotal.
- Not tax or accounting advice. Consult a chartered accountant for GST, HSN codes, and business structure questions.
Acting on anything you read on Peplio is your own decision. Peplio and its founder accept no responsibility for outcomes — good or bad — of applying that content to your specific situation.
AI tool outputs
The AI tools on Peplio are built on top of third-party models (Google Gemini for text, Hugging Face’s FLUX.1-schnell for images, U²-Net for background removal, and others). Their outputs are generated automatically and may occasionally be:
- Factually incorrect. Language models hallucinate. Always verify facts before publishing anything a tool produced.
- Biased or offensive. AI models reflect biases in their training data. Peplio does not endorse any specific output.
- Similar to other outputs. Two people entering similar prompts may get similar results. Check for uniqueness before using commercially.
- Rate-limited or unavailable. Free-tier API quotas mean tools can go quiet during peak hours without notice.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking every tool output before you use it publicly.
Results & testimonials
Case studies, income screenshots, ranking screenshots, and traffic charts on Peplio describe specific situations at specific points in time. They are not a promise or forecast that you will achieve similar results by following the same steps.
SEO, AI visibility, and content marketing outcomes depend on your niche, your competition, your budget, your consistency, and factors entirely outside anyone’s control (algorithm updates, market conditions, luck). Take reported numbers as data points to learn from, not benchmarks to guarantee.
External links
Peplio links out to many external sources — documentation, news articles, tools, research papers, and other blogs. These are provided as references, not endorsements.
- We don’t control external content. Once a link is published, the destination site may change, disappear, or contradict what we linked it for.
- We don’t vouch for their accuracy. A link is a “here’s where I got this from,” not a stamp of approval.
- We don’t share liability. If you act on advice from a site Peplio linked to, that’s between you and them.
Affiliate & advertising disclosure
Peplio may participate in affiliate programs and displays contextual advertising through Google AdSense. Practically, this means:
- Some links earn a commission. If you click certain product or tool links and make a purchase, Peplio may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you.
- Recommendations remain honest. A product is recommended because Sougan personally believes it’s useful, not because of the commission.
- Ads are separately labelled. Google AdSense units are marked as advertisements and are algorithmically served based on Google’s own targeting, not editorial choice.
This disclosure is made in line with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines and, where applicable, the FTC’s endorsement rules.
Fair use & opinions
Peplio occasionally analyses public campaigns, comments on brand strategies, and references screenshots of third-party sites for educational commentary. This use falls under fair dealing / fair use for the purposes of criticism, review, and reporting.
All trademarks, brand names, and logos referenced belong to their respective owners. Their mention on Peplio does not imply any partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.
Opinions expressed in articles are Sougan’s personal opinions and do not represent the views of any employer, client, or partner.
Errors, omissions & corrections
If you spot a factual error, a broken link, or content that needs an update, please write in through the contact page. Corrections are made promptly and, where meaningful, a note is added to the article.
